A roaring success

Today we cooked 9 gourmet pizzas. The oven was pre-heated for 2 and a half hours and at one point the interior ceiling temperature reached 696 degrees C. The oven fitted two pizzas at a time and each pair  took about 3-4 minutes to cook. One of them got a bit singed.
Ingredients included capsicum, artichokes, cheese, spinach, pine nuts, brocolli, home grown tomatoes, home grown rosemary and basil.
